We accept credit card, EFT and money orders.

A flat rate of AUD$9.00 applies for postage and handling of all goods within Australia and AUD$18.00 elsewhere. All parcels are sent by Australia Post.

Please allow ten (10) working days for delivery from date of confirmation of order.

Our goods are all handmade to a high quality standard. If however you are not satisfied with your purchases we will refund or exchange your order. Please return all items within ten (10) working days with packaging and tags attached. Postage and credit card transaction fees will not be refunded.

If you are exchanging an item, you are not required to pay postage to us for the new item. All other returns will be charged the standard delivery charge.
